How do you buy your cardboard boxes? Do you buy them 10 or 20 at a time as you need them from your local retailer or do you buy in bulk from a wholesale supplier or manufacturer?
In the first case you might think that by purchasing 10 or 20 at a time you are saving some money from a bulk purchase but in true sense you are not. If you need to use these boxes regularly, then there may be a more cost efficient way for you to get them and that is by buy bulk purchasing either from the manufacturer or the supplier.
The difference is that when you buy from the manufacturer each unit will be charged the wholesale price unlike buying from a retailer in which the unit price will be the retail price of one cardboard which is usually slightly higher than the wholesale price. In addition, if you have a problem with storage space, you can still buy the cardboard boxes in bulk, say 100, and then have the wholesaler ship them to you at intervals as you need them. This way you only add on to the small cost of shipping the boxes each time you need them and it will still be cheaper than buying them twenty at a time from the retailer.
